Discovery call (no charge)

If you think that we may be a good fit, and you would like to know more about working with me, then please get in touch to arrange a discovery call. They are usually around 15-20 minutes, and there is no charge for the call.

1 hour session (£65)

In these 1:1 therapy sessions with me, therapy tends to take place for around 50-60 minutes.

Corporate / day rates

Please get in touch if you would like to explore corporate rates, and training.

Breakthrough session

A Breakthrough Session is £250, and this includes:

  • Initial 2.5 hour 1:1 session

  • 30 minute 1:1 follow up 4 weeks later

  • Hypnotherapy recordings to take home

  • Written resources and recommended reading and next steps
