As a practicing solicitor, I truly understand the demands of a busy working life, and the emotional and physical toll of navigating complex professional and personal situations such as litigation, emotional conflict and disputes.
My therapy practice focuses on helping you press reset and find a place of mental and physical calm. I will help you get you back in touch with your core values, your body, your feelings, your sense of self.
I have a particular specialism in working with professionals experiencing burn out, stress, exhaustion, anxiety and trauma, and individuals experiencing legal conflict and litigation. Hypnotherapy can help you:

As well as having 15 years experience as a solicitor, I am trained in person centred, solution focused, hypnotherapy, which I deliver from my therapy room near Bath, or online.
I am here to listen to you from a place of deep understanding, to really hear you, and create a protected space to support you move forwards.
I offer both traditional therapy, and one off 2.5 hour ābreakthrough sessionsā from my home near Bath or online. Breakthrough sessions are brilliant if you arenāt quite ready to commit to full therapy at the moment, but would like to carve out some time for yourself, and get some tools to help you along the way.
